HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LUX HOME ORDER?

Tendo Pay for Installment 

After sending your payment:
1. Reply to the email invoice with the photo of your deposit slip at hello@luxhomeph.com or message us on facebook @luxhomeph
2. Wait for the confirmation from our team
3. Ship out will be 1-2 days after payment.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1. LALAMOVE PICKUP WILL BE ARRANGED FROM YOUR END
We will message with the time and schedule of pickup once ready.
Pickup address: Grab/Lalamove pin - LUX HOME PH 
** Please inform your rider to take note of the name indicated in the order with your order number.

*** Please be advised that booking is arranged from your end to make sure you can easily track your package, avoid confusion of rider, and transparency of rates.

2. LBC - Tracking Number will be sent via Email

3. Provincial - Shipped via LBC every Thursday and Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. 

Can I pre-order?
- We currently don't accept pre-order and all orders should be placed via our website

When will the items be available if currently out of stock?
- Since all items are imported, we don't have a lead time since it varies per batch.

How does the delivery work?
- Lalamove deliveries and pickup should be booked from your end.

Do you accept COD within Metro Manila?
- Yes we do via Lalamove Purchase Option

Do you accept resellers?
- We don't accept resellers.

FRIENDLY REMINDER

Clients are given 24 hours upon receipt of the package to fully inspect the contents of the order. If no complaint and photo as a proof are received within the timeframe, it will be deemed that all items were received in good condition.

Our team meticulously inspects all items before packing but since some of Lux Home items are handmade, we cannot avoid minimal imperfections.

There may be a slight difference in color or appearance of some items due to photography lighting.

Porcelain & Bone China Dinnerware FAQS

Microwave and dishwasher safe unless includes metal decorations like gold rim, stamps, and markings

Avoid using abrasive materials when cleaning the Lux Home Dinnerware.

For extra protection, use napkins to separate the plates when storing to prevent scratches.

 

ORDER PICKUP REMINDER

You have up to 1 month to schedule pickup of your order if via Lalamove else, your order will be shipped via LBC automatically. Charges will be shouldered by buyer. 

 

In case its return to sender, You have 1 month to contact us and reschedule pickup else, your order will be forfeited and non-refundable.
